Payment is due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly plan clients are billed on the same date each month. All prices are in USD.
Typical website delivery is 2–5 business days for One & Done and Growth Plan, and 5–7 business days for Business Pro. Timelines begin once all required content and information is received from the client. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and current demand.
Each plan includes a defined number of revisions as stated on our pricing page. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be billed separately.
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. If you are unsatisfied, we will work with you to resolve the issue through revisions.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and information needed to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverable. El Calvo LLC retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
El Calvo LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
